Bulk Haven (Pty) Ltd - Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:
- Main City Centers: 1 – 3 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3 – 7 business days
- Bulk Orders & Special Items: May take longer, and delivery times will be confirmed upon order processing.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability.
2. Delivery Fees
- Standard Delivery Fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size.
- Free shipping promotions may apply on qualifying orders.
- Large or Heavy Items may incur additional fees.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed and paid for before 20:00 will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
4. Delivery Partners
We use trusted couriers, to ensure efficient delivery. A valid physical address and contact number must be provided.
5. Tracking & Delivery Updates
- You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.
- If there are delivery delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.
6. Failed Deliveries & Rescheduling
If the courier is unable to deliver your order:
- A second delivery attempt will be made.
- If delivery fails again, your order may be returned, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- If your order is missing, stolen, or arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of receiving it.
- Provide supporting photos for damaged items.
- Refunds/replacements will be handled per our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within South Africa only.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, rural farms, or extremely remote areas unless otherwise arranged.
